I became a personal trainer because I saw firsthand how mental health struggles can affect a person’s life — my father suffered from mental illness, and it made me realize how deeply the mind and body are connected.
Through training, I discovered that change isn’t just about lifting weights or following a program — it’s about changing how you see the world, yourself, and your own potential. Fitness is a tool, but the mindset you build along the way is what truly transforms your life.

For me, training has never been just about workouts or aesthetics.
Growing up close to mental illness showed me how deeply the mind and body are connected — and how structure, discipline and purpose can change the way you see the world.
